Tap2CRM connects to the WhatsApp Business Cloud API, which is operated by Meta. Meta charges for certain message types directly to your WhatsApp Business Account — these are not collected by us.

  • Customer-initiated conversations — Free. When a customer messages you first, all your replies within 24 hours cost nothing.
  • Template / proactive messages — Charged per message by Meta. Rates vary by country and message category (marketing, utility, authentication). See Meta's pricing page for current rates.

Meta updated to per-message pricing effective July 1, 2025. For most support-focused teams using Tap2CRM, the majority of conversations are customer-initiated and therefore free on Meta's side.
